FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. Can I attend team camp as an individual?
A. You must with your team. No individuals are allowed in the Team Camp. All other camps are individual camps.
Q. If my team has less than 8 players, will we still be together?
A. No, you must have 8 players to attend as a team.
Q. Can I come late, or leave early?
A. We strongly discourage late arrivals and early departures as this disrupts the camp schedule (Special requests need to be in writing, in advance of camp start and will be handled on a case-by case basis.)
Q. How much extra spending money should I bring?
A. Suggested amount is $50.00 – $75.00 (For camp store, souvenirs, snacks, pizza, etc.)
Q. Can parents and friends watch me play?
A. Yes. Family and friends are welcomed during tournament play (see camp schedule).
Q. Can friends visit in the dorms?
A. Friends can visit in the dorm lobby until curfew.
Q. When should I register?
A. The camps fill up quickly; therefore, we recommend that you register as quickly as possible. In years past, the camps have filled up as early as April 15th. The most important part of the registration process is the application with a parent/guardian’s signature and the $100.00 deposit for each camp you are attending. You may send the health form later or bring it with you to the first day of camp.
Q. When is the refund deadline?
A. May 1st is the last day to get a refund. If you request a refund prior to May 1st, you will receive the refund less a $25 processing fee.
